So, an Art Director I worked with is moving on to another department. He's one of those rare people that makes leadership look easy and yet has a lot to offer. It's probably the most fun I've had in my video game career and I'd even go as far as to say the most rewarding. It hasn't been easy. Far from it, but that's why this has been an eye-opening experience.
Rarely do you get the kind of support and challenge that makes you want to tackle the hard stuff time and again. It's something to celebrate while you have it and acknowledge it when it's gone.
